CFC primarily finds its application in high temperature Vacuum furnaces, multicrystalline casting furnaces and in inert atmosphere furnaces as an insulation medium. The above furnaces are widely used for metal heat treatment, ceramic sintering, metal sintering, and different types of crystallization production and sintering of monocrystalline silicon for silicon production for semiconductors. Since the above furnaces work in extreme high temperature the above Carbon composite material can withstand high temperatures under controlled environments like vacuum and inert gases. However for conserving and preserving of precious energy quality heat insulating Carbon Fiber composites are of effective choice.
We have associated ourselves with Aerospace, Semiconductor, Solar Ingots, Specialist Castings, Metal composites, Crystal Growing, Metal composites, Hard Metal sintering industries and also in Heat treatment sectors.
